The BASIC awning is the oldest manufactured, most popular awning. The wall console with casting components, the reclining cylinder holder and the tipping mechanism are reliable constructions.
Basic New replaces casting parts for Basic awnings with modern extruders. Includes a new bracket, cylinder holder and tilting mechanism. Great value for money.

The vertical tarpaulin surface, which can be unwind from the front profile, protects against both the sun and the scanning eyes of the neighbours.
The Basic Extra type is suitable for small, long-overhanged screens. If the width does not exceed the overhang by 40 cm, the
levelling solution of the levers shall be used.
The cased solution, which protects the entire structure, results in the most elegant-looking awning, which has become very popular due to its outstanding quality.
If it’s about size, it’s Giant Awning. Its imposing dimensions make it suitable for shielding the external terraces of restaurants and other spaces of similar size.
Giant Plus is one of the longest overhang awnings available on the domestic market. The support profile at the elbows of the arms is used to stretch the tarpaulin.
Like giant, the Maxi awning is a champion of dimensions, but it has a built-in storm drain and a wider angle of inclination.

For smaller awnings, it’s material and a cost-saving solution. It is made with thinner profiles and cross sections that are tailored to the size range.
It looks endearing, elegant and even has a built-in storm drain as part of the basic equipment. The curved shape of the cylinder holder and the lever tilt give it a unique look.
Aerial awning solution for balconies. Its simple structure and light appearance can make it an ornament of balconies.
The Roll-Shade awning is one of the pioneering representatives of innovation. Thanks to its minimalistic style, it also fits perfectly with modern buildings.
Awning with stationary cylinder holder using extruded components. With its smaller construction, it can be mounted under narrower eaves.
With crank, it’s an easily adjustable angle awning that provides excellent protection against the setting sun. Attractive-looking, stationary cylindrical design.
In Switzerland, awnings with a reverse structure are more common in appearance. When viewed from below, the tarpaulin covers the substrate.
The Umbroll Basic awning adds a rain channel front profile, profile inserts in colour harmonies with tarpaulins in aluminum profiles, and needle roller joint structures to complement the advantages of Basic screens. The structural parts are covered with plastic.
The Umbroll Shadow awning adds a rain channel front profile, profile inserts in colour harmonies with tarpaulins in aluminum profiles, and needle roller joint structures to complement the advantages of Shadow screens. The structural parts are covered with plastic.

Technical Information:

The structure of the awnings consists of AlMgSi castings and extruded fittings with powder-coated surfaces, as well as galvanized steel closed sections and fasteners.

Blinds can be mounted on rafters, horizontal, vertical wall surfaces, or freestanding racks. When installing, it is important to choose the right fastening material for the building structure , in the case of scaffolding umbrellas, the right foundation. Therefore, we recommend that you use the help of our partners when fixing your awning.

Their wind capacity depends on size and positioning. Strong winds can easily bite into the textile surface and load the structure and anchorages in proportion to the speed of the wind and the surface. Awnings can withstand winds of 40-50 km/h on smaller sizes and winds of 35-40 km/h on larger sizes. We recommend ordering our awnings in wind-exposed areas equipped with motorized wind protection!

The tarpaulin must stand tight and give it a minimum slope of 13 degrees outwards so that the rainwater can flow off it. It is equally important in winter not to allow snow to be raised on the awning, as its weight can overload the structure undetected. Therefore, never leave your awning out in snowfall.

Electrical design:

Specifics can always be said on site by the contractor. However, there are some rules that are generally true. The easiest way is to set up radio-controlled systems, because all its elements, like a general consumer, must be connected to the mains. Their operation is now a matter of programming. Wall switch systems require more electrical preparation, ask for the help of a specialist.

Positioning of sensors:

It is important that the sensors detect what the blinds do, so that they are not too far from the awning, but at the same time be properly exposed to wind, light, rain. Any electrical positions should therefore be constructed accordingly. The motors and controls must always be connected phased and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications with standard, watertight, soluble outdoor joints. Indoor switches or controls must not be installed outdoors. Electrical installation must only be carried out by an authorised technician! If you experience any abnormalities during operation, contact the installer of the equipment.
